Place2live Ltd were established in 1993 with the objective of purchasing, renovating and developing property specifically for rental. Our target market has always been the young working tenant demanding a high standard of "hassle free" accommodation at a reasonable price. The location of our properties also reflects the demands of this tenant... We are a small company with a staff of just five. Our growth is conservative but this keeps our business risks to a minimum while allowing us to invest long term and hence offer our clients something exceeding the standards of our competitors.
