HB Training was established in September 2009 as a privately owned work-based learning provider, based in West Wales. HB Training delivers work-based learning programmes funded by the Welsh Government's Department for Education & Skills (DfES) by sub-contracting from the Bwbl Consortium . Programmes include foundation and advanced apprenticeships in hairdressing, barbering, beauty therapy, nail services customer service and management. HB Training currently works with approximately 60 employers delivering work-based apprenticeships in the Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Powys areas... Over the years HB Training has grown into a successful, creative and innovative leader in the hair and beauty industry who prides itself on giving the learner and employer a tailor made provision with a supportive and flexible approach to the learning journey.
