Reporting Ltd was originally set up in November 2006 to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Property Surveys. We continue to provide EPCs for domestic, rental, commercial and new build properties, as well as a range of surveying services. We also provide advice to clients on the energy efficiency of their properties, and information about improvements to heating and hot water systems... We have experience in undertaking building surveys within large-scale projects. For example, we completed a project for Sheffield Homes which involved the production of over 3000 EPCs. We have also completed building condition surveys in the South for Places for People - one of the largest Housing Associations in the UK. We continually work on the English Housing Survey which is commissioned by Central Government... Reporting Ltd is pleased to announce that it is an approved Green Deal Organisation. We are able to offer impartial Green Deal Assessments to households and businesses..
