Dane Fennell

Job Titles:

Dane began his career in residential property at the age of 17 working in his hometown of Birchington, Kent. Over the past decade, Dane has held various roles within the property industry including residential estate agency, land & new homes sales, domestic energy assessment, digital marketing, kitchen design and more recently, successfully running sales teams in both independent and major corporate estate agencies. Dane has a strong belief that buying and selling property should be an enjoyable experience for all and strives to deliver honest and invaluable advice to his clients using the experience and knowledge he has gained during his career.

Henry Wethered

Henry joined Finn's in early 2022 and comes from an estate management background having worked for a number of private and institutional clients in Kent, Essex and Surrey. Henry works from the St Nicholas at Wade office and is assisted by Dawn Hall. Henry advises clients on valuations, letting and management of rural commercial buildings, lease renewals and rent reviews of telecom masts and the sale of agricultural and commercial property. Jane Scott

Jim Pace

Jim has over 22 years experience in diversified rural property advice, Jim specialises in rural commercial property, telecoms and renewable energy projects. Julian Sampson

Julian has been part of Finn's since 1981. He has a considerable following amongst the agricultural community in Kent and acts for a number of landed estates in traditional management matters. Julian was born and bred in Kent and works out of the St Nicholas at Wade office. Kate Hadlow

Job Titles:
  • Property Manager
Kate joined Finns in 2009 and progressed to Property Manager. She deals with all aspects of property management and valuing new properties, advising landlords on the current rental market and legislation, setting up new tenancies, ongoing management visits and dealing with maintenance issues on over 150 properties. Over the years Kate has built up excellent relationships with landlords and tenants. Kate also enjoys overseeing refurbishments of properties and working with our landlords to achieve the successful letting of their property. Kate works closely with Diana Matthews and believes that their combined 40 years of experience equips them well to deal any issues that come their way. Diana Joined Finns in September 2022 to work with Kate Hadlow as a Property Manager. She has a background of 26 years working as a property manager, dealing all aspects of residential property management, to meeting landlords and tenants and taking the let of a property from beginning to end. Diana and Kate both share the same ethos and feel that it is important that landlord and tenant both have a single point of contact through the rental process, assisting them from the letting of their property to the tenant vacating.

Leigh-Ann Constantine

Leigh-Ann began working at Finns over ten years ago and has a wide variety of knowledge and experience with all aspects of residential lettings. Leigh-Ann predominantly deals with rent collection on over 200 managed properties, tenancy renewals, protected tenancies, legislation, MEES regulations, property renovations and assists her colleague with property maintenance. Leigh-Ann works closely with Lisa Bamford .

Lisa Bamford

Lisa joined Finns in November 2016 as our Property Manager, prior to this Lisa lived in the USA where she had over ten years' experience in real estate and property management. Lisa looks after over 200 managed properties and has built up an excellent relationship with landlords, tenants and contractors. Lisa deals with the day to day property maintenance issues as well as property renovation projects. Lisa works closely with Leigh-Ann Constatine .

Lisa Marshall

Job Titles:

Lisa Marshall joined Finn's in October 2021 and deals with property management, daily maintenance, management visits, check outs of properties and deposit returns. Lisa has built up an excellent relation with landlords, tenants & contractors, dealing confidently with all aspects of residential lettings. Lisa is ARLA qualified and has a great knowledge of lettings regulations.

Mandy Watson

Job Titles:
  • Lettings Administrator
Mandy joined Finn's in April 2022 as a lettings administrator having previous experience of the residential and commercial lettings industry from both a financial and administrative viewpoint. She is responsible for all aspects of new lettings from referencing to drawing up new tenancy agreements and ensuring these are compliant with current legislation, tenancy renewals and she also ensures that our managed properties have the necessary checks and documentation.

Mark Chandler

Mark joined Finn's in 2015, having previously worked in Nottinghamshire and more recently North Kent. Mark now advises clients on a wide range of matters; with a particular focus on compulsory acquisition and compensation, planning and renewable energy. Mark grew up on the family farm, situated near to Sandwich and has good knowledge of the local area. Mark works from both the Sandwich and St Nicholas at Wade offices assisted by Tom Brett. He is also an RICS assessor. His expertise includes: Compulsory Purchase and Compensation Planning - specifically Permitted Development Rural Development Grants and Farm Diversification Rural and Commercial Property Management Basic Payment Scheme - including ELS and Higher Tier RICS Registered Valuer

Nicholas Rooke

Nicholas originally came from a residential and farm agency background and now specialises in rural agency matters, planning, valuation and other general practice rural surveying for a range of private clients. Nicholas joined Finn's in 2005 and works out of the Canterbury and Sandwich offices assisted by Anne Manuel. His expertise includes: Sale and Purchase of Agricultural Property RICS Red Book Valuations Planning - in particular Agricultural Planning Matters RICS Registered Valuer

Paul Robertson

Paul started working at Amos & Dawton in Canterbury at the age of 21 and 13 years later he continues to grow his expertise in the East Kent property market. Sarah Horwood

Sarah joined Finn's in October 2017 and began her first role as a full time lettings negotiator. She really enjoyed meeting new tenants and arranging viewings and carrying out market appraisals and liaising with our landlords . Sarah's role changed this year and she now works part time in our lettings administration team. Sarah enjoys helping to run the busy office by taking phone calls and advertising our rental properties. Sarah deals with the day to day tasks of organising gas safety checks, boiler services and ensuring that tenancy renewals are kept up to date. Sarah also helps with the new tenancy start-ups, organises the referencing and ensures that all the essential paperwork is ready for the tenancies to commence.

Tom Brett

Tom joined Finn's in late 2018 and comes from an agricultural background having worked on a number of arable and livestock farms in Kent and Oxfordshire. Tom works from the St Nicholas at Wade office and is assisted by Dawn Hall. Tom advises clients on compulsory purchase and compensation claims, letting and management of rural commercial buildings, lease renewals and rent reviews of telecom masts and the sale of agricultural and commercial property as well as planning (permitted development).
