Adam joined GA Electrical in 2005 as a Trainee Contracts Manager, having completed his electrical apprenticeship with a previous employer. With a natural flair for detail and great success negotiating projects, Adam progressed to become GA Electrical's Estimating Manager in 2010, before being made a Company Director in 2011. Adam's role is key to business growth and he has ultimate responsibility for all quotations and budgets for a wide variety of projects, ranging from fully specified to complete design and build projects. With Adam's extensive experience in electrical system installation and contracts management, he has a full understanding of the complete process, from project tender to project completion.

From an early age, Carl was involved in his family's many building businesses, sparking a keen interest in the construction industry, alongside his passion for personal development. In 2000 Carl joined GA Electrical, which was then a small family-run business. Starting as a project manager, he helped grow the business, becoming a director just three years later. By late 2009 the company's turnover had tripled, and in 2010 Carl became Managing Director of Group GA. He is now responsible for coordinating multiple departments and heavily involved in business development, while providing essential oversight across our most prestigious projects. All to ensure Group GA continues to deliver the service its customers deserve and expect.

Mike joined Group GA in the summer of 2020 as a mechanical project manager. This role quickly developed into a mechanical contracts manager role before he was appointed as a director in April 2023. Prior to joining Group GA, Mike had extensive experience in the high-end residential market, covering all aspects from initial concept, to design and project delivery. To widen his experience,Mike has also worked in main contracting roles in the commercial sector, delivering fast paced, successful school and office fit out projects. Aa a former commissioned officer in HM Armed Forces, Mike attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where he developed his leadership and management skills, which he combines with his passion for the delivery of projects.

Paul started his career as an electrical automotive engineer, completing a four-year apprenticeship with the Rover Group in Oxford, and later overseeing the company's transfer from Rover to the BMW Group.
