21ST CENTURY ACADEMY OF ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

The 21st Century Academy of Academic Excellence was created in January 2016 to assist students in achieving their professional career goals. This is a public benefit Indiana based non-profit corporation. The founder, Dr Michael W. French, is a retired neurologist. He saw a need to work with parents and students to provide them with strategic recommendations, opportunities, and experiences. As students matriculate through each level of their academic careers, they lose continuity with their advisors and or teachers. They don't have the benefit of a longitudinal, prospective one to one relationship with a mentor who can follow them on a long term basis. Certain public schools in Indianapolis, Indiana have as many as 3,200 students. Guidance counselors are assigned students by the first letter of their last names.
