Owner and director Shane Scott is a retired player from regional Queensland who has represented Queensland Country at the Australian Country Cricket Championships in Bunbury in 2011. After achieving state honours he completed two seasons with English club Heyside CC competing in the Saddleworth and District league in the Greater Manchester area. Shane has also proudly donned caps for Walkerston Cricket Club (Mackay), Gracemere and Brothers Cricket Clubs (Rockhampton) and Toombul District Cricket Club (Brisbane). Shane has also played hockey in Mackay (Tigers/Brothers/Norths), Brisbane (UQHC) and Rockhampton (Wanderers/Park Avenue Brothers). It is his passion for both cricket and hockey that underpins his desire to influence and mentor the next generation of athletes across regional Queensland.
