LexisNexis employed approximately 17,000 people in 2 business units - LexisNexis Legal, and LexisNexis Risk Solutions. LexisNexis Risk Solutions ($1.5+B) provides data and analytics to help risk professionals assess and decide on underwriting loans and mortgages, insurance coverage for homes and autos, and supports KYC and AML and Sanctions and other similar compliance functions which depend on personal data analytics... Prior to joining Reed Elsevier, Andy served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of West Group, part of the Thomson Reuters Corporation from 1997 to 2000. In that capacity, Andy had responsibility for Thomson Reuters Legal's electronic information. Revenues at the time exceeded $3 billion... Andy Prozes is ex CEO of LexisNexis, now a PE investor and philanthropist based in US, Canada and EU (Estonia).
