We built our first home in 1992 but did not enter the high end market until 1998 when we were accepted into the preferred builder program at the world renowned Chateau Elan Resort and Spa just north of Atlanta Georgia. We built both custom and speculative homes there and around Atlanta ranging from 3,000 sq feet to over 20,000 sq ft. We developed a wonderful client base some of which built multiple homes with us...
