THE HOTEL BREAKFAST AREA: A successful hotel breakfast area offers a variety of high-quality and fresh options that cater to the needs and preferences of guests. This includes having a well-stocked buffet or menu that includes both classic and specialty breakfast items, such as pastries, bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, and meats... The founders of our organization were pioneers in developing snack and beverage programs for non-traditional retail formats, revolutionizing the way grab-and-go products were placed in hardware stores, auto parts chains, and electronics retailers. Prior to their work with Nestlé USA Corporate, it was rare to find a structured snack and beverage program in these environments. The Nestlé team launched its first pilot program in West Marine Boating Stores and, between 1995 and 1999, expanded the initiative into multiple retail chains across the U.S..
