CARE FRAMEWORK

The CARE Framework was created to articulate a set of shared values and a collective vision for the future of education and learning enabled by the widespread adoption and use of OER. Its purpose is to empower individuals, institutions, and organizations to be good OER stewards and to contribute to the growth and sustainability of the OER movement... Also, please note that the CARE Framework version 2.0 is underway, with authors Lisa Petrides, Eddie Watson, and Regina Gong, to be released in late 2022/early 2023. We look forward to engaging with the community in this effort!
