Acting on the evidence of low acetylcholine levels as exhibited by symptomology, Genetic Disease Investigators, LLC began to search for a compound that could cross the blood-brain barrier and boost acetylcholine in the central nervous system as well as effectively replace acetylcholine in the autonomic nervous system and the peripheral nervous system... Genetic Disease Investigators conducted an analysis of signs and symptoms reported by 177 patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME).
