We brought 50 leaders together from Tampa Bay to brainstorm and vision how to bring the best of Tampa forward and create a North Star for Tampa. This is not political, biased, ministerial, bureaucratic, racial, administrative, legislative, governmental, etc... Mike Echevarria and Sherri Sutton dedicated many years to training in and working with Appreciative Inquiry. They are so dedicated to the work, they started a company to bring it into other companies! With AI, companies can see the positive impact they can have with their employees and in their communities using this whole-system change methodology... Connect Propel Tampa Bay, Inc is a nonprofit organization created to propel collaboration throughout our region with summits that bring people together.
