Craig started his career at Roberts Technical Services in 1996 and subsequently made an impact while working as a Systems Application Engineer for a refinery in Martinez. As a Systems Application Engineer, he provided technical support for all aspects of the refinery's Plant Information (PI) systems and client software. In addition, he maintained the refinery's efficiency and reliability through plant reports.
