Both born and raised during the late 60s in Miami, Florida to immigrant Cuban parents. In our search of a more peaceful life, we moved our family to Anderson, California in February 2015. Missing our Cuban food from back home, along with our community's desire for culinary diversity, we opened Cuban Galz in 2018...
