The genesis of the promoters originates from their ancestors, who were pioneers in the construction field in the southern part of India in 1970s. Mr. Raghu Prasad, a civil engineer, Mr. Satya Prasad, a finance professional and Mr. Hari Prasad a mechanical engineer, were part of the second generation engaged in construction business since 1980s. They incorporated 'D C S Limited.' in 1994 along with Mr. R. B. Bhatkar, a civil engineer from IIT, Powai and with a post graduate diploma in finance with vast experience in construction industry... Mr. A G Walimbe an eminent civil engineer who was the Senior Vice President in Gannon Dunkerly & Co, Ltd, joined the Board as its non-executive Chairman in 2001 after his retirement from GDC.
