Pranav Jha is the assistant manager of operations at DFI of India. His role is to assist the manager of operations in undertaking various activities related to workshops/seminars, conferences and training programs. He is responsible for preparing programs for all DFII initiatives and ensuring the timely completion by conducting regular review meetings. Pranav has a B.E. in civil engineering from PESIT, Bengaluru, India. He has previously worked as a structural steel designer for 2½ years on many U.S.-based construction projects and is well versed with relevant Indian and American codes. He also has sound knowledge of "Quality Management Systems," and is a trained internal auditor on Quality Management Systems as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.

T.S. Mahendran is manager of accounts and administration for DFI of India. In addition to managing accounting and office administration, he assists with organizing executive committee meetings and conferences and workshops, and handling public relations for the chapter. He holds an MBA in finance. Before joining DFI of India, he worked for 10 years with different industry organizations covering sales, marketing, and finance functions.

Theresa Engler has been with the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) for more than 25 years. She was appointed to the position of executive director July 1, 2006, after serving as assistant director since 1998 and in other roles since 1994. Theresa is responsible for the operations, technical activities, regional chapters and marketing of DFI, and reports to the DFI Board of Trustees. Additionally, she serves as the executive director of the DFI Educational Trust. Working in collaboration with the DFI Board, Theresa has spearheaded significant growth at DFI including new members, technical committees, educational events, publications, and regional chapters in Europe, India and the Middle East. Theresa is actively involved in the deep foundations industry and represents DFI at conferences and seminars worldwide. She attended Fairfield University and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Academy of Geo-Professionals. She is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives as well as its New Jersey and New York Chapters and a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). In 2015, Theresa was unanimously elected to membership in The Moles, a fraternal organization of the heavy construction industry.
