ELPAW - Key Persons

Dr. Yungk is a 2010 graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. After practicing for 8 years in Burke, VA, she is thrilled to be returning to her roots in Alexandria. Her hometown is happy to have her back too - Dr. Yungk was honored as a Portrait of Success by the Scholarship Fund of Alexandria in 2017. She has ever-growing professional interests, but Dr. Yungk is especially drawn to internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and pain management.

Dr. Pearce is a 1990 graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. A lifelong animal lover, Dr. Pearce worked with livestock and other large animals when she began practicing in Maryland, and after moving to Northern Virginia with her family, she started at Elpaw in 1996.
