Founded in 1942 by Joseph Rosen, Rosen Equities LLC is a privately held real estate development and management consortium specializing in shopping centers, office buildings and other commercial property. Under Joseph Rosen's son A. Abner Rosen, who led the consortium until 1994, the portfolio expanded rapidly. Today, under the leadership of Jonathan P. Rosen, Joseph Rosen's grandson, the portfolio continues to grow while remaining true to the core principals of its founders - fostering and maintaining strong industry relationships while doing business with the highest standards of integrity.
