Amanda Elson

Amanda works as Data Officer to document and report all the feedback we receive. She works closely with the Research Manager ensuring all our data is up-to-date and available for use in our reports.

Anna Pascoe

Job Titles:

Anna joined our Board in April 2022, and she brings a wealth of expertise to the organisation as an experienced strategist and innovator for the private, government and not-for-profit sectors. Anna is a business performance specialist, who manages her own company, Make Me A Plan and is an Executive Director for Camborne Business Improvement District. An experienced strategist and innovator in the private, government and not-for-profit sectors, she is the creator of the Healthy Habits Academy Community Interest Company and ScreenFree Sunday and a former local elected member and parliamentary candidate. Anna's previous roles include Regional Ambassador for the Institute of Leadership and Management, quality lead for a housing association and head of export and online sales for local companies. She is passionate about improving access and outcomes in health and social care, with a particular specialism in equality, diversity and preventative action.

Anne Oliver

Anne is responsible for Business Support for the organisation, managing finance, HR support, facilities and external contracts for provision of office related support. She is the key point of contact in the office for the Board of Directors, and also manages the information phone line and ensuring administrative support for the wider team is delivered from the office.

Charlotte Morris

  • Maternity Voices ( KMVP ) Engagement Project Officer
Charlotte works closely with Morwenna and the Maternity Voices Chair and volunteers to work with people who access and deliver maternity services in the community, both digitally and face to face.

Christine Hunter

Christine is a recently retired GP with extensive experience in volunteering.

Debbie Gilbert - CEO

Debbie leads Healthwatch Cornwall in delivering its mission to ensure the public's voice is heard and acted on. She is responsible for operations, representing the organization at strategic level, governance, finances and legal compliance.

Deryth Stevens

Deryth joined the Board in November 2022. Deryth is a newly retired GP and has experience working with Clinical Commissioning Groups in Warwickshire and Cornwall.

Helen Hambly

Helen works with Natalie reporting on our public engagement and presenting evidence to commissioners and providers of health and social care services.

Jenny Salmon

Jenny works on specific projects and is currently working on a commissioned project Ageing Well, which is reviewing patients' experiences of the Urgent Care Response and Reablement services run by Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Jody Wilson

Jody currently supports the strategic elements of our future direction both internally and externally and is responsible for managing the Engagement team, Volunteer Development and the Partnership Board officers to enable them to effectively represent Healthwatch Cornwall. Jody also acts as Deputy CEO.

Mike Hooper

Mike is responsible for coordinating and managing the Partnership Boards in liaison with the individual group chairs and key stakeholders for each board. Mike facilitates the development of the groups' strategies and plans, organises regular meetings, ensures actions are progressed and seeks to ensure diverse representation from across each target group.

Morwenna Gee

Job Titles:
  • Perinatal Manager for Maternity Voices ( KMVP ) and Kernow Parenting Journey
Morwenna provides project management and coordination support to Kernow Maternity Voices Project (KPMJ) and leads on the development for the Kernow Parenting Journey (KPJ). She liaises with Healthwatch Cornwall (HC) colleagues to ensure the projects are supported across the organisation

Natalie Swann

Natalie leads our research programme and intelligence management systems. She oversees the production of reports to demonstrate the impact of our work, and represents HC at senior meetings across the health and social care system in Cornwall and IOS.

Nicki Burnett

Nicki is responsible for delivering the agreed objectives of the Kernow Maternity Voices Partnership and uses her influence to drive the delivery of highly effective and visible outcomes.

Rhiannon Pring

Rhiannon is responsible for the support for existing volunteers, and for the volunteer recruitment process from initial enquiry to induction and ongoing involvement.

Robert O'Leary

Sarah Jones

Job Titles:
  • Engagement Project Officer
Sarah aides and facilitates communication with the community through various engagement events, collecting feedback from service users regarding health and social care services in Cornwall.

Tracey Camps

Tracey spent her career working for a multi-national company in customer facing and management roles. Since taking early retirement she has been able to spend time volunteering with a variety of organisations and looks forward to using the experience gained in her working life, as well as her recent volunteering, as a Healthwatch Cornwall Board member.
