ILC was founded in 2006 by caregivers working on the front lines for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide an exceptional experience and work tirelessly to make important services readily accessible to people in need across Nebraska, Colorado, and Texas... With locations across Nebraska, Colorado, and Texas, ILC provides care for individuals with disabilities in many midwestern communities.
