Ashley Silva is a proud REALTOR and agent with The Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team. She has a passion for helping people in any way possible. In this market and with a pandemic, she has stayed current and creative in how to give her clients the absolute best service she can to ensure they get to the closing table. Buying or selling can be a very stressful time in your life, she also knows it can be a very exciting one!
Ashley is originally from New England, but has found where she belongs here in Georgia. She has two beautiful children and is in love with her high school sweetheart. She enjoys reading, traveling, and karaoke.

Born in Bremen, Germany, Gunar moved to Atlanta in 2004 after completing his associate's degree in business. He obtained his Bachelor's in management in 2006, graduating magna cum laude and obtained his master's in international management in 2007. Overbeck is devoted to continuing education and has obtained several certifications in other management fields including his PMP® (Project Management Professional) credential.
His professional background includes tenures at DaimlerChrysler AG, DNL Logistics, Classen USA and most recently COO of Robina Wood.
He and his wife have four daughters. In his free time, Gunar enjoys playing golf and car racing. Each year he participates in at least one Porsche Sports Cup race in Europe.

Logan has lived in just about every corner of the globe from Honolulu, Hawaii to Cairo, Egypt working as a professional commercial aviation consultant. He has come full circle returning to Atlanta to be close with family and friends. As a native of East Cobb, Logan has a proficient knowledge of the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. Logan is passionate about Real Estate and provides both individuals and families with greater visibility and understanding throughout the entire process of buying and selling property. In addition to his real estate license, he has a commercial pilot license, and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. He is married with two children and is thrilled to be a part of the talented Janice Overbeck Real Estate team.
After spending his first two years as a Real Estate Agent down in Savannah, Georgia, Tanner has finally moved back to the Atlanta area to grow and expand his real estate career. Tanner grew up in the Woodstock area and it has always felt like home to him. With three years of Real Estate experience, Tanner studied at Georgia State University majoring in Real Estate earning his bachelor's degree in Business. In addition to his prior Real Estate experience, Tanner invests and works to remodel and build new construction homes.
Prior to starting a career in Real Estate, Tanner was a full-time collegiate baseball player. He played two years at Georgia Highlands College and then transferred to Georgia State University to finish his junior and senior seasons. Throughout his 4 years of college Tanner earned two full baseball scholarships while maintaining a 3.4 GPA earning him the HOPE scholarship. Playing baseball his whole life taught him leadership, teamwork, communication, and time management skills. He has also earned a personal trainer certification helping people live a healthier lifestyle around the world.
Tanner has always had a passion for making a difference in his clients lives by helping them find their dream home. He will go above and beyond the expectations of clients, forming an unforgettable personal relationship where they trust him to put their future home in his hands. For fun, Tanner loves to watch football and baseball, spend time with family and friends, and hit the golf course for a quick 18 holes. He loves spending time with his golden retriever, Warner, and can be found with him around Downtown Woodstock with a margarita in hand. He also loves mentoring and teaching kids the game of baseball.
