Bailey Miles is a Senior Associate at Legacy Commercial Property Advisors and a partner at Milestone Homes & Development. Prior to joining Legacy, he was an Associate Broker with McGraw Multifamily Capital Advisors.
Bailey is a Tulsa native and graduate of Holland Hall High School. He attended Oklahoma State University where he earned his degree in Business Management and Marketing.
Prior to real estate, Bailey coached college basketball at Furman University. During his time in college basketball he had the chance to work with players and coaches at USA Basketball, the University of Virginia, Gonzaga University, the University of Kansas, Butler University, the OKC Thunder, and many more.
Bailey is happily married to his wife Chandler and his hobbies include traveling, reading, a variety of sports, and participating in church activities. Bailey also hosts a podcast called Building Excellence.

Jonathan Cowan is a Principal/Partner of Legacy Commercial Property Advisors. Jonathan has been active in commercial real estate since 2008, starting his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company's industrial development team in Houston, TX.
Jonathan brings an "owner mentality" to Legacy & its clients, having previously been a principal of a real estate private equity firm and an owner of a sign manufacturing company. Jonathan's history of being an owner brings a unique perspective and approach to brokerage services and provides results for his clients.
He specializes in investment sales (acquisition and dispositions), tenant rep and leasing of industrial, retail, mixed-use & medical office properties. In addition to brokerage/transactional services, Jonathan oversees Legacy sponsored investments (acquisitions/development) & manages all aspects of the investment process, including underwriting, due diligence, securing capital (debt & equity), project development/construction and asset management.
He also provides leadership to the firm in operations, talent acquisition/development and strategic growth.

Jordan Helmerich is a licensed attorney and real estate broker for the state of Oklahoma. Bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate experience across multiple markets to the Legacy team, Mr. Helmerich's focus has always been on excellent service and sustained relationships with business partners and clients.
A graduate of Northwestern University in Illinois, Mr. Helmerich also attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law (including a semester abroad in England at Oxford's Brasenose College of Law). A recipient of the Tulsa Business "40 Under 40" in 2014, Mr. Helmerich is well versed in Landlord/Tenant representation for both sales and leasing, real estate investment, 1031 exchanges, transaction structuring and property management.
Mr. Helmerich has been involved in a number of civic organizations and projects over the years, including fundraising for Habitat for Humanity for decades (alongside over six years of board membership). He is also a current and active member of the Tulsa City and County Library Trust Board (serving as Secretary) and an active board member for Triad Bank and the Tulsa Zoo. Lisa Brandes joined Legacy Commercial Property Advisors in 2021. She specializes in office and medical office leasing, sales, acquisition, and tenant representation.
In her 29 years in the industry, Brandes initially worked as a commercial property manager and managed over 5 million square feet of office properties in the City of Tulsa. She also served as the Vice President at Kanbar Properties overseeing the management & leasing of their 2 million square foot historic downtown Tulsa portfolio.
Brandes was born in Tulsa and is a 4th generation Tulsan. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK. She obtained her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI in 2007.
When Lisa is not working, she spends her time with her husband, Devon, of 28 years, and their two teenage daughters. They enjoy traveling, attending Jenks soccer games and cross country meets and OSU football and basketball games.

Sam Mitchell is a rising commercial real estate professional in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In the first few years of his career, he has established himself as a dedicated advocate for his clients. Shana Avison is Legacy Commercial Property Advisors Senior Brokerage Services Administrator. She is responsible for maintaining and employing our proprietary marketing platform and internal support/administration.
Shana is a member of our integrated advisory teams, where she plays a key role in the development and execution of each assignment's marketing plan and materials.
Prior to Legacy, Shana was the Marketing Coordinator for Rupe Helmer Group, a commercial construction, development and brokerage company. She was responsible for all marketing aspects of each internal sector.
Before becoming the Marketing Coordinator, Shana was a Sales Associate at RHG after retaining her RE License in 2013. After constantly helping colleagues with marketing material, she decided to transition into marketing. By doing so, she is now able pursue her passion for design and commercial real estate.

Will Enright is a recently licensed real estate agent in the state of Oklahoma. Prior to joining Legacy Commercial Property Advisors, he was with Electro Enterprises as an inside sales executive. There, he had the opportunity to develop his skills in customer relationship management and sales project management.
Having spent a significant amount of time in the aerospace industry prior to entering real estate, Mr. Enright has developed a solid foundation, which has provided him with the skills necessary to find success in the real estate sector.
Mr. Enright is a proud member of the Oklahoma State University graduating class of 2023, where he studied Business and Marketing.
He has been a lifelong member of Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, watching sports with friends and family, and doing volunteer work.
