LHG INSURANCE - Key Persons
Karen earned her degree in Communications from Saint Louis University in 1999. She joined our agency after multiple years of experience working in public relations for the Salvation Army. Karen is a licensed property and casualty insurance producer and works with clientele to place competitive and comprehensive insurance policies in personal lines.
Kristi joined LHG Insurance in 2010 as our personal lines insurance specialist. She graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and has multiple years of experience in the insurance industry, including previously managing the personal lines department for another agency. Kristi handles homeowners and automobile coverage for clientele, as well as several additional lines of coverage which fall within the personal lines arena.

Rachel handles the day to day servicing of accounts for LHG Insurance. Her responsibilities consist of marketing, making changes to, and correcting client policies, as well as providing certificates of insurance and assisting with questions in general. Rachel studied at Lewis and Clark Community College, and possesses several years of experience working within the commercial insurance industry.
