Alan Kleiman was Honorably discharged from the U.S. Army as a staff sergeant after three years of meritorious service in biological research at Walter Reed Army institute of Research in Washington, D.C. He spent five years at the University of Tennessee Department of Toxicology focusing on toxicology research. Mr. Kleiman also served as a member of the Board of Central Gardens Association, as the President of the Tennessee Chess Association and he is currently the President of Shelby County Chess Association. Mr. Kleiman was Appointed a Special Judge for Shelby County General Sessions Courts and served as staff attorney for the Memphis Police Association. Mr. Kleiman has been with the firm for over 35 years and has been a great asset to the firm and his client's. Mr. Kleiman focuses his practice on creditor's rights throughout the State of Tennessee.

A fourth generation Memphian, Benjamin Wachtel earned his JD from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphries School of Law when he was twenty-three - the youngest member of his graduating class.

David L. Mendelson was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He spent his youth studying and learning from his father, Mendelson Law Firm's founder, Paul I. Mendelson. David joined the firm in 1994 after graduation from law school and purchased the firm in 2017. Currently, David is the managing partner of the firm. David has served on many boards over his career but his service is highlighted by serving as the past Chair of the Young Members Section Chair of the Commercial Law League of America, past Board Member of the Commercial Law League of America, Chair of the Tennessee Bar Associations, Creditor Practice Section, and Past President of Baron Hirsh Congregation.
A proud member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, Mr. Mendelson has expanded his practice to counsel his clients on essential Estate Planning and probate.

Paul I. Mendelson was born in Memphis, Tennessee. Paul lived with his family in Parkin, Arkansas until at the age of eight his father moved the family to Memphis, Tennessee. Paul has always understood what it means to place client's first. His work ethic was gained by watching his father over the years run the hardware store he owned, Getwell Hardware. After working his way through high school, college and law school, Paul founded the Mendelson Law Firm in 1975. Paul has dedicated his career to excellence in representing Creditors throughout Tennessee. He has served on many professional boards with his service culminating as the President of Commercial Law League of America. Currently, Mr. Mendelson focusses his practice on creditors rights throughout Tennessee.
