MISSY ZIEGLER

​Missy received her 200 hour yoga teacher training from Yoga Garden San Francisco in alignment-based Vinyasa. Missy is first and foremost a student of yoga, and then a teacher-committed to the lifelong practice of continual learnings. She believes yoga is for everyone and recurrently has something to teach and offer each individual. Missy teaches students to connect with their bodies and cultivate a deep awareness of self through through breath, movement, and mindfulness. While yoga asana practice moves the body through physical postures, Missy accessibly shows students the depth of yoga lies in the internal practice to meaningfully carry into each moment of life. Missy creates a space that is consciously challenging, respectful, and welcoming to all.
