MOBILE MAKER KITS

The Mobile Maker Kits have been created to increase access and remove barriers for teachers and students who want to learn through making. Kits are available to check out from Newington Elementary and The Citadel. Members of The Citadel staff will deliver kits by request... We are excited to provide teachers with opportunities to allow their students to learn by doing. The Maker movement relies on the theory that students learn best when they are engaged in hands-on, personally meaningful activity. Each Mobile Maker Kit has been designed specifically for your students to ensure that every lesson is interdisciplinary, grounded in state standards, differentiated, rigorous and fun.
