Audrey Fox

Audrey Fox concentrates her practice in all aspects of family law, including divorce, spousal and child support, child custody, prenuptial agreements, protection from abuse, and others. Ms. Fox was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in October 2021. Ms. Fox earned her J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2021, where she was awarded the Order of Barristers. Prior to law school, Ms. Fox attended Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, earning a B.A. in classics. Ms. Fox has worked for Neighborhood Legal Services, where she represented pro bono clients in obtaining Protection from Abuse Orders. In 2021, Ms. Fox was recognized for pro bono leadership by Pitt Law's Legal Income Sharing Foundation. During law school, Ms. Fox was a representative with the Student Bar Association, through which she participated in various student and faculty committees, including the Graduation Committee, Curriculum Committee, and Diversity Committee. Ms. Fox was a certified legal intern with the Securities Arbitration Clinic, where she participated in the FINRA/St. John's School of Law Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon. She also was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence for Securities Regulation. Ms. Fox also earned the Thomas M. Cooley Legal Writing Award for her paper titled "The Rhetorical Significance of the American Experience: A Critical Look at Rhetoric's Decline in the Legal and Political Communities". Ms. Fox is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Allegheny County Bar Association, including the ACBA's Young Lawyers Division.

Brian S. Rosinski

Brian S. Rosinski is solely dedicated to all areas of Pennsylvania family law. He was named Super Lawyers Rising Star. Brian Rosinski is a 2001 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Rosinski attained his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004. Mr. Rosinski's practice is solely dedicated to all areas family law, including child support, spousal support, alimony, equitable distribution, high net worth divorces, child custody, protection from abuse and the drafting of a variety of marital agreements, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, as well as co-habitation agreements. He regularly practices in Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, Westmoreland and Washington Counties. In addition to his practice, Mr. Rosinski is actively involved in the legal and wider nonprofit community. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Legal Services Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal aid to the poor. He is a member of Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Section and is co-chair of the Legislative Committee. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. In 2014, Mr. Rosinski was elected by the membership of the Allegheny County Bar Association to serve a three-year term on its Judiciary Committee, which is responsible for interviewing and rating prospective judicial candidates. Also in 2014, he was named a Young Fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a designation only given to 2.5% of eligible attorneys in Pennsylvania. Outside the legal arena, Mr. Rosinski serves on the Board of Directors of the Homewood-Brushton YMCA. In December 2012 Mr. Rosinski became President of the Board of Directors of the non-profit Samaritan Counseling Center of Western Pennsylvania, one of the area's largest providers of subsidized counseling services. He is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh's Leadership Development Initiative, which is a select educational program for emerging community leaders under the age of 40. He is also active in the Young Leaders Group for United Way of Allegheny County.

Carol S. McCarthy

Carol S, McCarthy has practiced family law since 1976 and has concentrated her practice in family law since 1985. Carol McCarthy has practiced family law since 1976 and has concentrated her practice in family law since 1985. She has handled all areas of family law, including cases involving abused and neglected children. She began practicing law in 1975, after being admitted to the bar. She went into practice at Neighborhood Legal Services, an organization that represents indigent clients. In this practice, she was exposed to a variety of difficult family law issues. Ms. McCarthy represented children and parents in matters involving custody between parents and between parents and the county. In 1985 Ms. McCarthy entered private practice, concentrating exclusively in family law, both in adult and juvenile contexts. She initially practiced with a boutique family law firm, and then handled all cases involving family law issues in a small general practice firm. In 1992, she established a firm dedicated solely to the area of family law. The firm was created in partnership with well-known family lawyers Margaret P. Joy, June S. Schulberg, and Mary K. McDonald. Ms. McCarthy is a Fellow in the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. This is a national organization that request the establishment of skill in this area of law through testing and review by experienced family law practitioners. She has been an officer of the Pennsylvania Chapter since 2003, serving as the president of the group during 2008-2009. Further, she has served as the Chair of the Board of Examiners of the organization. On a national level, Ms. McCarthy assists in fundraising for the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Foundation, which supports worthy causes. As a result of her experience, Ms. McCarthy has spoken frequently to various groups of lawyers and judges on many topics in the area of family law, locally and across Pennsylvania. Ms. McCarthy has served as the chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Section, as well as being an active participant in that section since 1975. She also has served on the Council for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. Ms. McCarthy was appointed to serve on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Domestic Relations Rules Committee beginning in September 2008. She began chairing this committee in June 2012 and will continue in that role until September of 2014. Ms. McCarthy has made it a professional priority to try to improve legal services to the public. In that effort, she serves on a variety of bar association committees, locally and statewide. She has served on the Boards of Governors, both with the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. Her work with the local and state bars has also served to advance women in the profession. She was the founding Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Women in the Law Committee and received recognition for this service during the Allegheny County Bar Association's 1992 Bench Bar Conference. In 2005, Ms. McCarthy received the Carol Los Mansmann Helping Hand Award from the Women in Law Division. In 2001, she received the Susan B. Anthony Award from the Allegheny County Women's Bar Association. This award recognizes outstanding achievement on behalf of women in the profession. Ms. McCarthy, along with all of the partners in the firm, is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation, the charitable and fundraising arm of the bar association. Ms. McCarthy has also assisted the members of the bench and bar by active involvement in the annual meeting of the Bench Bar Conference, including chairing the entire event in 2003. In 2005, she received the prestigious Philip J. Amram Award, recognizing outstanding service to the Bench Bar Conference, excellence in the practice of law, and service to the community. To further assist the resolution of fee disputes with litigants, she has served on the bar association's fee dispute committee. Ms. McCarthy has also been active in the wider community. While working for Neighborhood Legal Services, she was instrumental in creating a shelter for abused women in the Allegheny Valley. She served on the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Legal Services and was president between July 2012 and June 2014. Ms. McCarthy has served on the Board of Directors of Women's Health Services, a provider of low-cost medical services to women. Ms. McCarthy graduated from Capital University Law School in 1975, where her law review article involved a matter of family law.

Jennifer M. McEnroe

Jennifer M. McEnroe has concentrated her practice in all aspects of family law since 1999. Jennifer McEnroe is a 1995 graduate, with college honors in psychology, of the Pennsylvania State University, in University Park, Pennsylvania. Ms. McEnroe attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and attained her Juris Doctor degree in 1998. While attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, she was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board. Ms. McEnroe was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in October 1998. She began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. Swope, Jr., of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County. During her clerkship, Ms. McEnroe also served as a guardian ad litem in various juvenile court cases and was court-appointed defense counsel in several juvenile and adult criminal court matters. After completing her clerkship, she joined McCarthy McEnroe Rosinski & Joy as an associate in 1999. Since then, she has concentrated her practice in the area of family law. She is experienced in all aspects of family law, including child support, spousal support, alimony, equitable distribution, high net worth divorces, child custody, adoptions, protection from abuse and the drafting of a variety of marital agreements, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has received training as a guardian ad litem and has been appointed by various Judges in Allegheny County to serve as a guardian ad litem in high conflict child custody matters. She was named a partner in the firm in September 2006. Ms. McEnroe is a Fellow with the Allegheny County Bar Foundation and served on the Fellows Committee from 2010-2014. She is active in several pro bono programs, including the Allegheny County Pro Se Motion's Court program and the Ask the Attorney Program sponsored by North Hills Community Outreach. Ms. McEnroe frequently contributes her time to the Neighborhood Legal Services Pro Bono Protection from Abuse Program, representing persons seeking protection from abuse orders. Ms. McEnroe is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations (where she is a former member of the council). She served as Co-Chair of the Program Committee for the ACBA Family Law Section from 2004-2008. She served on the Discovery Task Force of the ACBA Family Law Section. She is currently a member of Court Relations Committee of the ACBA Family Law Section. Ms. McEnroe has been a course planner and a speaker for several continuing legal education programs regarding a variety of family law topics. She was selected as a Pennsylvania Rising Star in Family Law by Pennsylvania Law & Politics magazine in 2006, 2008, 2011, 2012 and 2013. She received comprehensive training in Collaborative Law in 2012 and in Mediation in 2017. Her practice includes collaborative family law and mediation matters. In addition to her legal endeavors, Ms. McEnroe volunteers in her community as the treasurer of the North Hills Girls Soccer Boosters, team manager for Century Steel Soccer and as a USSA Alpine Official and volunteer for the Western PA Race Club. Kathryn Rosinski is a skilled litigator, having spent the first seven years of her career at a large international law firm as a litigation associate. Kathryn Rosinski concentrates her practice in all aspects of family law, including equitable distribution, spousal support, alimony, child support, child custody, and protection from abuse, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, among others. She is a skilled litigator, having spent the first seven years of her career at a large international law firm as a litigation associate, where she handled complex, multimillion-dollar commercial, and insurance litigation matters. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Rosinski was an Assistant Brand Manager for H.J. Heinz for four years, where she helped to manage business activities and make all strategic decisions affecting several product lines. She is a 2002 graduate of Miami University of Ohio, with a degree in Marketing. Ms. Rosinski obtained her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2009, graduating in the top 20% of her class. Ms. Rosinski is a member of the Women's Leadership Council of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, the Allegheny County Bar Association, and the Women in the Law Division in the ACBA. She has participated in various pro bono projects, including representing a federal prisoner with various human rights violations and representing clients in obtaining Protection from Abuse Orders. Ms. Rosinski is the co-author of the lead article for the Fall 2015 update for New Appleman on Insurance, a leading insurance law treatise, entitled "The Dilemmas Posed by Conflicting ‘Other Insurance' Clauses of the Same Type in Liability Insurance." Ms. Rosinski has been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list in both 2019 and 2020, which is a distinction held by only 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania.

Margaret P. Joy

Margaret P. Joy has been practicing family law for 40 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of family law and litigation. Margaret Joy has been practicing family law for 40 years and co-founded McCarthy McEnroe Rosinski & Joy in 1993. She has extensive experience in all aspects of family law and litigation, including the valuation of assets of all types, including closely-held business interests, all forms of executive compensation, including stock options, restricted stock and other equity awards, trusts and professional practices; forensic accounting for assets and income; all types of custody disputes including relocation; and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has also acted as counsel for parties engaged in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution for family law matters. She has handled cases with marital estates in excess of $500,000,000 and has represented some of the most prominent families in the region. She has litigated cases in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and all surrounding counties, and in all state courts of the Commonwealth, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Ms. Joy is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a selective organization for the leading family law practitioners in the country.
