Nestled out of the wind in the dunes of southern Mozambique is our self-catering dream beach lodge. Only 45 minutes from the Kosi Bay border, and 7km north of Ponta Malongane, our 16-sleeper lodge is located in the Baleia Azul resort, which consists of privately owned houses with 24-hour security... This elegant lodge comfortably accommodates 8 adults and 8 children. Each of the 4 air-conditioned rooms has a luxurious king size bed, which can be moved apart to make 2 single beds as well as two single beds for the kids in an open loft above. The bathroom is en-suite, comprising a shower, a basin, and a separate toilet... The real joy of this lodge is the shared main living area, where many a fine evening has been had. The contemporary open-plan kitchen and a tastefully furnished lounge area lead onto a lovely deck with a 20-seater wooden outside dining table, a jacuzzi, sun-loungers, chairs, and umbrellas.
