Welcome to the New Canaan High School Girls Govern Global Media Website! In our mission to unify all genders under feminism though multimedia, we encourage anyone with a passion for feminism to express their beliefs in art. Over the past few months, what once was an average after school club became a creative forum to express concerns for feminists throughout the international community. Weekly, we have discussions on what issues are present for feminists and we focus on how to combat them. These insightful discussions and debates can be seen on our weekly blog posts. Finally, thanks to a generous stipend from the Wilburn Fellowship in New Canaan, CT, we were able to organize our art in a physical area, on April 28. We hope that the content on this website encourages you to participate in the ever-growing discussion surrounding inequalities in all genders and ways to change them.
