Adriel Reyno is a construction manager for North Palisade Partners who has over a decade of experience in construction management and has completed multiple millions of square footage in industrial warehouses. His experience spans various areas including tenant improvements, commercial, and multifamily followed by a track record of undertaking challenging projects and completing them on tight timelines with excellence.
Prior to joining North Palisade Partners, Adriel held notable roles at Oltman's Construction Co., where he started as a project engineer and gradually progressed to the position of senior project manager. Alongside his technical proficiency, Adriel's commitment to delivering exceptional service while leveraging his expertise and extensive network has ensured successful outcomes for clients and colleagues.
Adriel holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He currently resides in South Orange County and dedicates his time to his family outside of work. He is a car enthusiast and actively serves at the OC Movement Church.

Brian Wong is the senior vice president of development at North Palisade Partners. In this role, Brian brings vast experience that includes acquisitions, entitlements, and development of more than $500 million residential and commercial developments, including approximately 500,000 SF of self-storage products and more than 1,000 homes.
Prior to joining North Palisade Partners, Brian was a senior development manager with Johnson Development Associates, where he focused on the development of self-storage facilities throughout Southern California. Brian was also a director of development for Comstock Homes, a Southern California homebuilder where he focused on acquisitions, entitlement, and construction of residential subdivisions.
Outside of real estate, Brian held senior-level roles in management consulting. At North Highland, a global management consulting firm, Brian served as the Los Angeles market lead with overall P&L responsibility. Brian began his consulting career with Accenture, where he was a senior manager in the firm's Strategy Practice.
Brian holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a B.A. in Business Administration, both from the University of Southern California. Brian is a licensed broker and general contractor in the State of California.
Brian lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and his two young sons.
Cole Henriksen joined North Palisade Partners as an Associate in January 2020. In his role, Cole is responsible for underwriting prospective deals, the production of investment packages, investor relations, asset management, and specializes in acquisition & disposition escrow closings.
Prior to joining North Palisade Partners, Cole was a Portfolio Analyst at Westport Properties and US Storage Centers, where he managed the negotiation and execution of commercial lease agreements for the company's commercial portfolio, while working closely with the development team to secure entitlements for ground-up self-storage product in the Los Angeles market.
Cole earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and resides in Santa Monica, CA. Cole is going to be a member of the 2022-2023 Young Professionals Group (YPG) and is an active member of NAIOP SoCal. In his spare time, Cole enjoys playing golf and attending live concerts and sporting events.

Jeff Hedges is a partner at North Palisade Partners and brings more than 15 years of senior financial leadership and commercial real estate expertise to his role.
Jeff joined North Palisade Partners after previously serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer at PS Business Parks, a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on owning and operating nearly 30 million rentable square feet of primarily industrial and industrial-flex properties. Prior to joining PS Business Parks, Jeff served as senior vice president of Accounting and Reporting for Invitation Homes (formerly known as Starwood Waypoint Homes), which is also an REIT focused on owning and renting single-family residential real estate in several markets throughout the United States.
Jeff started his career at Ernst & Young where he held various titles including senior manager in the Transaction Advisory Services practices where he advised private equity, sovereign wealth, and corporate clients on asset and entity-level mergers and acquisitions until his departure in 2015.
Jeff is a certified public accountant in the State of California (inactive) and is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University (B.S., Finance), and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (MBA). Jeff currently serves on the Finance Advisory Board of the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, and resides with his wife and three children in Los Angeles, California.
Joe Mishurda is the founder and managing partner at North Palisade Partners and has led the capitalization of over $970 million of asset value since the company's inception. During his career, Joe has been involved in the acquisition or development of more than $3 billion of commercial real estate investments across various asset classes, including the development of more than five million square feet of industrial and self-storage product.
John Petersen brings decades of experience in commercial property acquisition, development, and management to his role as a partner at North Palisade Partners.
John most recently served as interim president, CEO, and COO at PS Business Parks, where he was responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction of the company and its real estate operations, including managing more than 150 field and staff employees. As COO for 15 years before assuming the interim president and CEO positions in March 2020, John led the company's business initiatives and ensured operational excellence. He oversaw leasing and management of the company's existing portfolio while managing acquisitions and dispositions, and pursuing creative development opportunities.
Prior to PS Business Parks, John served as a senior vice president for Equity Office Properties, in Silicon Valley. There, he was responsible for 11.3 million square feet of multi-tenant office, industrial, research, and development space. Before that, he was a senior vice president at Spieker Properties, overseeing the growth of the company's San Jose portfolio through acquisition and development of nearly three million square feet.
John served as president of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and was also president of the San Jose Silicon Valley Leadership Council along with having served on numerous nonprofit boards.
He is a graduate of The Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and resides with his wife and three children in Los Angeles, California.

Pete Williams is vice president of investments at North Palisade Partners. In his role, Pete is responsible for the sourcing and oversight of industrial development projects in the western region. Over his career, Pete has been involved in the acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, and development of more than $1B of commercial real estate projects across asset classes.
Prior to joining North Palisade Partners, Pete was an investments director at American Realty Advisors, where he focused on sourcing acquisitions, developments, and structured finance investment opportunities for their various funds across the midwest and southeastern United States.
Pete is a graduate of the University of Southern California and resides in Los Angeles, California.
