Alex is a creative and bilingual technologist and business executive with 25+ years of global experience (34+ countries) working with diverse stakeholders in Spanish and English to deliver results both in domestic and international settings.
He has a unique dual-focus of 1) Customer Service Management expertise including strategy, experience design and implementation, support, workforce management, and omni-channel contact center technology and operations and 2) Technology Management including systems integration, technical project management, technical product development, software development, Cloud and SaaS support, voice and data infrastructure, and contact center technology.
Alex has worked in both large companies (+10000 employees) managing large teams and SMBs and VC funded businesses.
He has a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, CA and an EMBA from EOI School of Business, Madrid, Spain.
Maria Jose has more than 25 years in sales, marketing and customer services in multiple industries and disciplines including pharmaceuticals, press, insurance, telecommunications and Digital Media.
Her former roles include Sales Director in Auna for the local Spanish consumer and business customers, and in Sales Director for the International Division of Infojobs. And Saba Abertis, Customer Services Director of Vodafone and then Retevision in Spain.
Santiago has more than 20 years of professional experience in operations and contact center in services-related businesses in both consumer and business markets.
He has held former former roles including Customer Service Director in Vodafone, Via Digital, Madritel and Prosegur which are all leading companies in Telecommunications, media, and security.
Prior to that he was Business Development Manager in PWC Consulting in the Telecoms practice in the CRM area.
Santiago holds and advanced Engineering Degree in Telecommunications, an MBA from IESE and is a Certified PMP.
