Craig Snyder

Craig began his career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons in El Reno, OK in 1984 as a Cook Supervisor. His career culminated with his retirement in 2009 after being promoted to Associate Warden. Over the years he held various positions within food service from Cook Supervisor to Food Service Administrator. He worked at several duty stations including USP Lewisburg, PA; FCI Alderson, WV; FPC Millington, TN; FCI Memphis, TN; FCI Tallahassee, FL and FDC Miami, FL. Additionally he served in a collateral position with the federal executive board in the southern district of Florida as chair of the LFCC.

Juan B Colon

Juan started his career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons in 1974 at FCI Danbury, CT as a Correctional Officer and in 1976 he transferred into Food Service and retired from the BOP in 2002 from FDC Miami. During his career Juan worked at several duty stations including MCC San Diego, CA, FCI Otisville, NY, FCI Miami, FL and FDC Miami, FL. During Juan's career he held several positions from being a Correctional Officer, Cook Supervisor, Assistant Food Administrator and Food Administrator.
