PepsiCo Inc. is a multinational company that is based in Purchase, New York, US. They are the second largest company in the world for the food and beverage industry. PepsiCo was a result of a merger that happened between Pepsi-Cola Company And Frito-Lay Inc. in 1965. Here's some interesting facts about PepsiCo; in 1974 the brand Pepsi-Cola was the first American consumer product that was sold in the USSR. In 2012 PepsiCo announced that their 22 brands in their portfolio, that is categorize as billion-dollar brands... As of 2013 PepsiCo has roughly 274,000 employees around the world and operates in every continent in the world in more than 200 countries. The company is divided into four major divisions which are PepsiCo Americas Foods, PepsiCo Americas Beverage, PepsiCo Europe and PepsiCo Asia, Middle East and Africa.
