Lisa Fletcher brings a wealth of experience to the Potentia team. Initially starting her management career in the operations realm, one of Lisa's strengths is systems thinking and seeing how people within organizations can come together to create exceptional workplaces and results. With over 20 years of management and people relations experience, Lisa is known for building healthy and strengths-based culture, understanding people's potential, as well as creating solid foundational HR and business practices. With an HR Certificate from SFU and having seized many opportunities for professional development within her career, Lisa is a lifelong learner amongst a team of focused individuals who are all committed and dedicated to excellence. Lisa has much experience within many industries including the tech sector, not-for-profit, professional services and most recently manufacturing. Tanja Halsall

Tanja Halsall has significant strategic and tactical human resource and management experience within many industries including Professional Services, Manufacturing, Sales, Winery, Healthcare, Hospitality, Technology and the Not-for-Profit sector. In addition to supporting various businesses in the Okanagan through Potentia, she works with the Faculty of Management at UBC Okanagan as an Adjunct Professor and previously a Personal Development Coach and Instructor within the Masters of Management program. With a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, (Canada), a Senior Certified Professional designation (SHRM-SCP) with the Society of Human Resource Management (worldwide), Masters of Arts (MA) in Leadership, Post- Diploma in Human Resource Management, and having completed a coaching program certificate by the European Mentorship and Coaching Council (EMCC), Tanja is committed to lifelong learning; one of the most effective ways to strive for excellence. As a personal development coach, Tanja tends to take a collaborative and interactive approach; asking thought provoking questions to assist her coachees achieving their development objectives. As a progressive Engagement Consultant, Tanja helps organizations minimize risk, offers tools and guidance in providing an exceptional employee experience and creates award winning workplaces by adopting best in class Human Resource and People practices.
