Ann Lockhart

Ann Lockhart has an MBA in Sustainability from the Rotman School of Management and an MSc in Communication, Information and Society from the London School of Economics where her dissertation focused on cleantech innovation ecosystem in the UK. Ann spent six years in leadership roles in the non-profit sector where she led fundraising and outreach and program development initiatives, specifically focused around microfinance and youth entrepreneurship. She currently works at Scotiabank.

Donald Wiedman

Donald leads pointA's programs team with a passionate, attention to detail approach, twenty-year track record in not for profit social marketing, and realtime experience changing transportation behaviours in Toronto, the GTHA and the Niagara Peninsula. His efforts, including GO-by-Bike to Ajax, BikesandTransit.com and BiketoTransit.ca, won him the 2011 City of Toronto ‘Best Overall' Bicycle Friendly Business Award and a seat on the City's Cycling Advisory Committee.

Donna Wong - Treasurer

Currently, Fractional CFO assisting private and public small to medium-sized enterprises, primarily in the technology space, in raising capital, investor relations, strategic planning and setting up the necessary finance, legal, HR and IT infrastructure to scale operations. Previously, Vice President, Finance of ViXS Systems Inc., a publicly traded company on the TSX, which provides secure video processing, networking and distribution technologies across multiple classes and sizes of digital entertainment devices, such as TV's, set-top-boxes, PVR's, Blu-ray players and PC's. Guided the Company, (previously private), from pre-revenue, through high growth and eventual listing on the TSX. Established the necessary tax, reporting, internal control and corporate governance infrastructure to operate successfully in multi-jurisdictions and enable the Company's smooth transition from a private to public corporation. Raised $57.4 million in a private equity round, prior to taking company public on the TSX, via a reverse take-over transaction (RTO) in July 2013. Re-structured and streamlined operations in advance of the sale of the company to Pixelworks Inc, a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ. Prior to joining ViXS in 2001, Ms. Wong held senior finance positions with 724 Solutions Inc., AMD (formerly ATI Technologies Inc.) and EDS (formerly SHL Systemhouse Inc.), where she specialized in strategic planning, financial reporting and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to 1993, Ms. Wong spent five years as an internal auditor and public accountant for various retail and manufacturing industries. Ms. Wong is a CPA, CA, CMA and holds a Master of Accounting and Honours Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Waterloo.

Dorinda So

Dorinda leads the pointA team, bringing a strong background of policy, research, and strategy to complement pointA's transportation demand management programs and work in sustainable transportation. She holds a MA in Socio-Legal Studies degree from York University and a BBA (Management and Political Science) from the University of Toronto, and is a registered Project Management Professional. Her leadership experience spans from non-profit organizations to corporations and various levels of government in project management to executive roles that drive innovation, business growth, and customer retention.

Glareh Amirjamshidi

Glareh completed her BASc and MASc in Iran and her PhD from the University of Toronto in the field of transportation engineering and planning. She has over 12 years of academic and professional experience focused on sustainable transportation with focus on freight modelling, emission modelling, traffic operations and microsimulation. She is currently is a Senior Transportation Eng at Parsons Inc. Glareh was a postdoctoral fellow and a sessional lecturer at the University of Toronto and an NSERC research fellow at McMaster DeGroote Business school. She serves as a reviewer on many journals and conferences, and is a board member of the CTRF and the TRB standing committee on Environmental Analysis in Transportation.

Marjan Pouran

She has been on boards for over 10 years across for profit and not for profit corporations in national and international settings. Marjan has extensive experience in data driven business management, business agility, organization transformation and technology domains serving in senior leadership positions across versatile sectors from engineering, tech, entertainment, banking and Stock market. Marjan holds MBA from Western University with software engineering undergraduate. Michael MacLennan

Michael brings over 10 years of policy-oriented research and advisory experience with UN agencies, as well as with national and municipal governments from around the world to his work at the nexus of evidence-based research, policy and technology to help organizations explore, test and refine ideas and strategies to help drive positive impact. Michael previously conducted and led research at the UNDP International Policy Centre for Inclusive Growth, served as Editor-in-Chief of the Policy in Focus magazine and is a former Studio Y fellow at the MaRS Discovery District. Michael holds a BA (Honours) in Political Studies from Queen's University, an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has also studied Sustainable Development at Sciences Po Paris. Michael has lived in Brazil, Canada, France, Spain, the UK and Zambia, and, in each place has been enthusiastic about re-thinking why and how people, as well as goods, are moved through urban spaces, with an eye to reducing carbon emissions, while increasing access and wellbeing.
