Amy Jenkins

Amy joined Radloff in December 2014 as a Technical Writer/Administrative Assistant, before transitioning to the position of Accounting Clerk in February 2018. Amy obtained her degree in Environmental Science from the University of Northern British Columbia in the spring of 2014. She has been an irreplaceable member of our staff for nearly 10 years, providing a meticulous eye for detail and a positive, proactive approach that our clients and staff team truly value.

Andrew Brink

Job Titles:
  • Mechanical Engineer
Andrew has over 15 years of work experience in Mechanical Engineering and has worked on a wide range of projects that have included design, construction, operations & maintenance of municipal, industrial, and commercial infrastructure, with a particular focus on building HVAC systems and mechanical pumping & hydraulic heating systems. As a Project Manager, Andrew has also been responsible for developing budgets and cost estimates for engineering & construction projects and seeing these projects through to completion. Corey Alderman

Mr. Alderman has over 11 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field, with experience in site servicing, grading and stormwater management. He began his career gaining knowledge and developing skills, both in the field with survey, construction layout and inspection, as well as in the office setting with civil design, drafting and report preparation. Corey possesses professional integrity and a thorough attention to detail. He continues to grow and increase his breadth of experience and knowledge, while also maintaining his core competencies. Corey's current interests include site servicing, land development and asset management.

Dan Adamson

Mr. Adamson is a Registered Professional Planner with 39 years of experience in a wide variety of fields including planning and resource management. As the Strategic Projects Manager and Environment and Community Forest Manager with the City of Prince George, he developed and managed several high profile projects, supported planning and policy, and managed regulatory functions, programs, and partnerships. Some of the initiatives he spearheaded included the City's Carbon Neutral Plan, Ecosystem Mapping & Climate Change Mapping Project, and the Regional Performing Arts Centre Assessment. In Dan's previous consulting practice, he assisted with bioenergy proposals and land development assessments for First Nations communities. Dan's expertise includes land use, project management, design and business plans, and preparing comprehensive assessments to assist developers and industry with projects. He has led a variety of planning assignments including gravel pit expansions, subdivisions, rezoning, and is currently the lead planner on a major light industrial park development on First Nations land in the lower mainland. Justin Carsley

Mr. Carsley has 12 years of work experience in Mechanical Engineering. He has been involved in a wide variety of projects around British Columbia, including bioenergy systems, sanitary stations and water treatment systems. His duties have included creating feasibility studies and grading plans, as well as conducting surveys and providing on-site supervision. Justin has extensive experience with AutoCAD software, technical report writing and business operations. Justin offers 4 years of training and experience in the financial sector prior to entering his engineering career. He has utilized this financial training and experience to undertake life cycle cost analysis for select design, build and operations projects. Justin's current area of interest includes bioenergy systems in remote communities, water and wastewater systems and large worker accommodation camps. One of Justin's recent projects includes:

Katie Schmid

A highly reliable, efficient, and dedicated multi-tasker with over 17 years of experience in administrative roles and 10 years at RRA, Katie works hard to ensure that our in-office staff are continually providing our clients and project teams with exceptional support and service. A true team player, Katie efficiently delegates tasks both large and small to her staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm with her handling of office logistics while simultaneously managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Katie has also taken QMS Internal Auditor training, in accordance with IRCA.

Richard Radloff

Mr. Radloff offers 19 years of experience in the construction and water/wastewater operations industry. He has worked on a wide range of projects that have included drafting designs and creating record drawings using AutoCAD. Richard also has extensive field experience that includes surveying, field layout and site inspections and construction. Projects on which Richard has worked include designing drawings for project approval, tender and construction as well as creating record drawings. He has done surveying, onsite inspections, as well as construction of civil infrastructure, including water, sanitary and storm systems, lagoons and disposal fields, and roads. Robert Radloff

Mr. Radloff is the firm's Responsible Principal and a Senior Design Engineer. He is a Civil Engineer with over 44 years of progressive experience in the design, construction, operation and management of utilities and transportation infrastructure. Bob was formerly responsible for all Public Works functions at the City of Prince George including asset management programs for water, sewer, parks, and transportation, which included a $25 million annual operations budget and $20 million annual capital program. Bob's current interests include district energy systems, asset management, and community development.

Stuart Radloff

Job Titles:
  • Senior Technologist
Mr. Radloff has 16 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Technologist. In his time with the company, he has gained progressive experience through his involvement in a wide range of projects that have included: drafting designs & record drawings; writing reports, manuals, proposals; and developing CCDC & MCCD contract documents & specifications for tendered projects. He has also performed extensive field work providing surveys, field layout, and site inspections. Stuart's natural leadership abilities and outstanding skill set have given him an edge in his current role as a Senior Technologist. In this role, our team has benefited from his particular expertise in civil infrastructure drawings for water, sanitary and storm sewers, lagoons, disposal fields, and roads. In the last few years, Stuart has also represented Radloff as an in-office consultant and contractor for the 100% First Nation's owned, KFN Enterprises LP, based in Coquitlam, BC. In that role, he was involved in many different civil, environmental, fill operations, and geotechnical projects. He also had the privilege of working with the company to incorporate aspects of the site development that respectfully reflected the cultural values of the community. Some of Stuart's recent projects include:
