RA Construction KC, LLC was established by Rafael Aguirre in March of 2012. Rafael has been working in the construction industry since the age of 15, helping his uncle with roofing jobs every summer. At the age of 19 he joined the Painters Union and Allied Trades where he completed his apprenticeship program. He spent 7 years as a union commercial painter and continued to work on roofing side jobs. In 2011 after a large hail storm, Rafael was overwhelmed with roofing work. It was then that Rafael decided to start his own construction company and focus on Roofing and Painting. Today RA Construction KC, LLC is a certified MBE/DBE firm with the City of Kansas City. We have 10 field employees and 4 office employees. We have participated in the roof replacement of large City Projects such as KCMO Water Plant, Neighborhood Centers, Cerner, Overhead Base.
