Michelle Norris

Michelle is a strategic thinker, boasting almost 30 years of marketing experience across various industry sectors. At the start of her career, Michelle worked on many experiential projects and managed bespoke exhibition builds in UK and Europe. After 2 years she moved to a design agency with clients to include Adidas, Mattel Inc, Jaguar and Natwest. In 1996 Michelle co-founded the design studio Faith, securing Nestle's Munch Bunch and AB InBev UK's Stella Artois. Following the arrival of her twin daughters, she joined Sequoia in 2003 as Account Director working across pitch opportunities for Waterstones, Coutts Bank and Superdrug in addition to managing accounts such as JD Williams, Royal Bank of Scotland and Sainsbury's Wine. In 2006, Renew was founded and Michelle oversees all consultancy and concept projects. Michelle has a business interest in Renew Realty, Marbella - providing all brand and strategy support and also runs the interior design arm of the business for both Residential and Commercial projects, becoming a finalist at the Northern Design Awards.

Rossano Petrone

Upon graduating with a Masters in Graphic Design/Visual Arts & Communication from the University of Catania - Academy of Fine Arts, Italy, Rossano worked freelance for a number of years, with a time at Spazio Vitale and also featured in a number of exhibitions to include "Antologica di Rosario Genovese" Palazzo della Cultura and "Riguardiamogela and Public-art talk". Since moving to the UK, Rossano has been part of the Renew team for the past 6 years. His obsession with doing what's right, not what's easy has crafted stunning work from brand creation, packaging, advertising and illustration. Rossano was invited to have his work published in 2019 Fedrigoni 365, an unprecedented collaboration involving 365 UK-based designers, illustrators and photographers and has recently been invited back for the 2021 book. Rossano's portfolio includes working on concepts for Subway, Monin, International Paper and Lavazza. Also passionate about architecture, he is relishing his latest branding project for Forma Minima, a contemporary architects firm in Italy.
