Dr Lakshmi Chakravarthy

Dr Lakshmi Chakravarthy was born and raised in Germany, where she completed her medical degree in 2007. She then moved to the UK to start her medical career as Junior Doctor in various specialities and obtained her MRCGP in 2015. Dr Chakravarthy moved to Australia in 2019 with her husband and two children. In her free time, she is a dance enthusiast and enjoys reading & travelling. Dr Chakravarthy is also fluent in German, Kannada and Telugu.

Dr. Tristan Lee

Dr Lee moved to Australia in 2013 and completed a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in Western Australia in 2018. Dr Lee is fluent in Chinese, Hokkien and Malay language. He is happy to see patients of all ages. Hobbies outside of work include enjoying music with a cup of good Australian coffee and cycling.

Vishwanath A Deshmukh

Dr Vishwanath is a registered therapist in Australia (AHPRA), Singapore( AHPC) and India( AIOTA). He has a Master's in Occupational Therapy from the United Kingdom. He is a Director & Allied Health Consultant at the Advanced Rehabilitation Therapeutics and is passionate about using technology for neuromuscular and cognitive rehabilitation. Advanced Rehabilitation Therapeutics provide neuro and musculoskeletal rehabilitation services, post-acute hospitalization. His programs are suited for patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. He has 16 years of experience working all over the globe in Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and India. He has worked in various Government institutes and Private Hospitals and specialises in acute, rehab and community settings. Vishwanath has worked as a Hand Therapist, empowering his patients to manage their injury; implementing goals that are focused on optimising function, participation and ultimately helping them return to work. He has a broad range of interests, including assistive/ adaptive equipment, falls prevention, home modifications, and injury prevention. He is experienced in providing aged care services and treating geriatric conditions.
