ROYSTON LLC is a Consulting company, formed in 2014. The two principals, Curtis Royston and Silvina Goefron, with over 50 years combined work experience in the construction industry, provide owners with the essential tools needed to navigate the construction process. We focus on communication between the owner(s) and all parties involved with the project, including Architect, designer, contractors and vendors, as required. We oversee budget development and maintenance, schedule projections and contractor review, as well as monitor the progress of the work throughout the duration of the the project. We provide a premium service on a limited numbers of projects.
