Mike Barke r founded Sierra Collections and Consulting LLC in 2010 with 30 years experience in the moving and transportation industry. ​Mike then purchased Cochise Collections, Cochise County's only other collections agency. From there, the company has grown rapidly, with two additional employees active in ongoing operations.
