Andrew Amor

Project Design Architect

As Project Design Architect, Andy leads the design from concept through design development and collaborates with the entire design team during contract documentation and construction. Andy has 30 years of creative and practical broad-based architectural design experience. He has led and collaborated on multi-disciplinary teams of designers, planners, architects, and engineers. Andy has an innovative talent for visualizing the concept, articulating an organizational goal then setting objectives and priorities to achieve it. He has led the design of some of the world's most complex projects with a total construction value exceeding $1B. He is a results-oriented design architect who has been praised as an intuitive/pragmatic problem-solver and is comfortable leading or collaborating - in a style that's both encouraging and driven - raising the bar on design excellence and client service.

Arman Tolentino

Arman's passion for quality urban design has translated well to the types of projects he has worked on since joining Smallwood in 2012, particularly the large-scale, mixed use projects in urban cores. In addition to mixed use, Arman has contributed to the design and management of architectural services for Multifamily, Office, Retail, Hospitality, Performing Arts, Convention Center, and Parking projects. Arman excels at coordination of and communication with all team members. He also pays special attention to details and collaborates with the design team to create solutions that not only meet code and accessibility guidelines, but also the clients' budget, schedule and design goals. Arman is passionate about boiling down complex problems into practical, yet aesthetically-pleasing, design solutions that improve the user experience. Arman takes pride in conveying these solutions via easy-to-understand methods of communication, both verbally and through drawings, diagrams, and construction documents. Arman graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Master of Architecture and Master of City & Regional Planning in 2011. He is a Registered Architect (RA) and is involved with the Atlanta Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He graduated from the ULI Atlanta Center for Leadership in 2021 and currently serves on the ULI Atlanta Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) Committee. As part of the TAP committee, Arman volunteers with designers, developers, investors, lenders, and real estate consultants to assist municipalities and non-profits with land use and real estate issues.

Bill Loomis

Bill has 20 years of experience in the design and management of Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Office, Industrial, and Parking projects and is experienced working within the urban setting. His focus is on maintaining the goals of the client and working with the entire project team to deliver a project that meets and exceeds the client's expectations. He works to gain the trust of consultants and contractors through his construction and code knowledge and has been able to work side by side with them to problem solve and find solutions that are of the greatest benefit to all involved. As the Architect-of-Record and Principal-in-Charge, he will develop a partnership with the client and will remain in touch throughout the life of the project. He will be responsible for the project's success and will oversee its staffing, schedule, and financial management. Bill will work with team members from the planning through contract administration to bring the talent and experience of the firm to the table. He is a Registered Architect and will sign the construction documents. Bill is one of the best in understanding the strategic objectives and needs of his clients while also managing and delivering on the architectural vision. Execution, collaboration, flexibility, and dedication are just a few things that come to mind when reflecting on his work product and teams."

Bojana Cepic

Bojana is a young, talented, and energetic designer with over 10 years of experience in Architectural Design. Prior to joining Smallwood Singapore in 2015, her experience was in Europe and China. In Shanghai, she was involved in Mixed-Use, Multifamily, and Retail projects and joined Smallwood to expand her Hospitality design skills. Bojana's project experience now also includes South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. Bojana can analyze a project's Program by translating it into interesting spaces and is well versed in physical and digital tools to create design solutions. She works collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to maintain accuracy in her design work and liaises with external professionals to coordinate project details. As a designer, she always studies and incorporates artistic elements into her designs. In her relentless pursuit of design excellence, Bojana never fails to revisit and adjust her designs, as needed.

Chandra K. Cherry

Chandra has over 35 years of experience working alongside clients and their teams to bring the needs and vision of a project to reality. She is experienced in all phases of the services including programming, conceptual design, design documentation, FF&E and contract administration. Chandra's strength lies in the coordination of multidiscipline projects while maintaining the client's best interest in design and budget. Chandra has built and managed tenant development programs, as well as large scale, build-to-suit projects including office, industrial, healthcare, multifamily and institutional. She emphasizes quality and attention to detail from initial client contact to the final punch list.

Charles G. Hull

Chuck has over thirty years of experience in the Planning, Design, and Project Management of Multifamily, Hospitality, Office, Worship, Education, Government, and Mixed Use developments. The primary focus of his career has been design. He has a great interest in architectural history and has worked in a broad range of design styles, drawing on the lessons of the great architecture of the past to create contextually appropriate contemporary buildings rich in detail and spatial experiences. He believes that every building project should develop from its unique situation, the possibilities inherent in the program, and the goals of the client.
