SPEECH & HEARING

The Speech & Hearing Discussion Group of Greater Washington D. C. Metro Area (SHDG) is a non-profit group which was formed in the 1970s. Speech/Language Pathologists of all ages and areas of expertise from Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. meet to learn about current topics, new therapies and share ideas in communication and related subjects. SHDG also includes other professionals, such as Special Educators, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists. Current students in the field are welcome to attend.
