SOSOA Mission The SOUTHERN OHIO SOCCER OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION (SOSOA) is an Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) certified officials association. The purpose of the Association is to train and provide high school soccer officials for OHSAA contests while promoting the absolute highest standards of sportsmanship, ethics, and integrity among its member officials. Our History The S.O.S.O.A.... The S.O.S.O.A. was formed in 2008 to serve the needs of the O.H.S.A.A. high school soccer community via development of officials primarily residing in the Adams, Brown, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, Highland, and Warren county areas. Previously, soccer officials in this region had to travel to associations in Cincinnati, Chillicothe, Dayton or Portsmouth to satisfy their meeting/educational requirements. The distance and time commitment required no doubt prevented many from serving The Beautiful Game. The S.O.S.O.A. now serves over 60 members who reside in seven counties, all giving back to..
