Allen Brown

Allen, currently serving as the Vice President for Local Services at Staley Technologies, plays a pivotal role in spearheading the expansion of Staley's local footprint across national markets. His journey at Staley, spanning over two decades, began in the late 1990s as a technician, where he gained hands-on experience and a deep understanding of industry standards. Following a 13-year tenure with a global low voltage cabling and security distributor, during which he held diverse roles from sales to management, Allen rejoined Staley in 2018 as a Project Manager. Leveraging his unique insights, he rapidly climbed the corporate ranks, assuming the role of General Manager in 2020 and later, Vice President in 2022. Allen's leadership has been pivotal in propelling the team beyond Staley's exacting standards, fostering sustained growth and success in both emerging and established markets.

Andrew Faulkner - CEO

Andrew Faulkner serves as the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Staley Technologies in Little Rock, AR. Prior to purchasing Staley Technologies, Andrew owned and operated Advanced POS Solutions (APS) in Little Rock, AR. Andrew earned his B.A. at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and J.D. from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. Andrew's partnership with NCR (National Cash Register) propelled APS to be one of the fastest-growing VARs (Value Added Resellers) within NCR's channel. In June of 2017, he was honored to be placed on NCR's Reseller Advisory Board, a distinction only offered to 7 VARs in North America. Under his direction, Staley Technologies and APS have merged and Staley Technologies is well-positioned to offer full-service technology solutions to help enterprises respond to the ever-changing digital landscape.

Brenda Harper - Secretary

Since 1990, Brenda has been diligently working for Staley with roles ranging from full-charge bookkeeper to controller to corporate secretary. Now, Brenda serves as the executive support manager / corporate secretary, serving as the principal support for the CEO and President. In this role, she also maintains and certifies the authenticity and accuracy of all corporate records and is responsible for filing all required regulatory documents to ensure compliance. With over 25 years at Staley, she has earned a trusted advisory role within the leadership team. Brenda holds a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Cody Griffin

Job Titles:

Cody holds the position of Division President for the Managed IT & Cyber Security division of Staley Technologies. Cody has a decades of experience in information technology and auditing. He has been a partner in multiple accounting firms and was most headed the Managed IT & Cyber Security division of a top 100 accounting firm.

Gary Ferrell - EVP

Gary has been associated with the electrical industry for 48 years and is a trade and business qualifier for 28 States. Gary began working with Staley Technologies almost 30 years ago as a project manager estimator for commercial and industrial projects. He has served in a variety of roles throughout his career including Vice President of Operations, President and CEO. Before joining Staley Technologies, he was involved in electrical design, controls, instrumentation, supervisory control & data acquisition (SCADA), and has been a small business owner.

Jason W Keith - President

Jason focuses on the company's strategy and growth. He has overseen the reorganization of the company's business units, led multiple acquisitions, and overhauled the company's ERP and HRIS technology stacks. He has recently shifted a big part of his focus to the company's sales & marketing efforts. Over his career, he has served in various roles including Chief Operations Officer, Corporate Controller, and General Manager. He served our country with a six-year tour in the United States Army where he worked in Satellite Communications. Jason graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a BBA degree in both Accounting and Finance, followed by a Masters of Business Administration.

Mark Hardy - COO

Starting as a data technician in 1999, Mark brings field, project management and operational experience to his position as COO. Over the course of his career with Staley, Mark has progressed from a data technician to a project manager before being promoted to a regional manager and then regional director in 2010. Prior to Staley, Mark served his country in the United States Navy and earned several awards including Kuwaiti Liberation Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, and National Defense Medal. After his duty with the United States Navy, Mark held management positions in the restaurant and hospitality industries. In his role at Staley Technologies, he is responsible for operational excellence in all of Staley's business units.

Shelley Wilson

With over a decade dedicated to Human Resources, Shelley possesses a wealth of experience in overseeing the entire spectrum of HR functions, emphasizing people and culture. Her professional journey has seen her assume pivotal roles within the HR domain, commencing as an HR generalist and progressing to the positions of Director of HR, VP of People, and most recently assuming the role of VP of People and Culture with Staley Technologies. Through her career Shelley has demonstrated her commitment to workforce development by instituting impactful employee training programs, structured career paths, robust recruiting strategies, and comprehensive system implementations. She has spearheaded company culture initiatives for both onsite and remote workforces, solidifying a cohesive and inclusive organizational environment.
