Andy joined Sub4 Development in June 2022 as the Colorado Director of Construction. He brings 22 years of project management and operations experience. Prior to joining Sub4, Andy spent the last 19 years with a national luxury homebuilder managing all aspects of single, multi-family and master-plan projects. He's managed developments in Indiana, all throughout New England and Northern California.
He now resides in Monument, CO with his wife Whitney, son Jaxson and Bassett Hound, Lucy. Andy is an avid golfer and enjoys cooking and BBQing with friends and family.

Bob is the Chief Financial Officer at Sub4 Development. Since joining Sub4, he has been involved in the acquisition, development and restructuring of over $500 million of real estate holdings and developments. Today, in addition to assisting with property accounting and asset management, Bob is responsible for acquisition and construction financing and banking relationships.
Bob graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS and Masters of Agricultural Economics with a concentration in Financial Management. Bob was previously employed for 16 years as a Loan Officer for Farm Credit Services of Illinois managing a portfolio of over $150 million of agricultural and machinery loans. He resides in Champaign, IL with his wife and two children.

Brian is a Project Manager who started his career with Sub4 Development and Green Street Realty in 2015. He has been a part of over $100M in new construction to include Multi-family, retail, restaurant, and office development in a variety of different roles. Brian works closely with every client to ensure a successful building experience that is on time and on budget.
Prior to his career with Sub4, Brian spent 21 years with Coca-Cola in sales, product and delivery distribution, and supply chain. He managed several facilities in the Central IL area to include Springfield, Urbana, Charleston, Peoria, and Peru with over 200 employees across all facilities. Brian demonstrated a strong passion in developing his teams, growing the business, and giving back to the local communities.
Brian graduated with a BA in general studies from Eastern Illinois University. The construction and rental business flows in his blood as he enjoys flipping houses and his rentals outside of Sub4. Brian currently resides in the Champaign area with his wife, Tiffany of 24 years, and his 3 daughters.

Chris Saunders is the Owner and Founder of Sub 4 Development Company. Chris is involved in all aspects of Sub 4's strategic growth plan, helping to guide the company's vision and overall direction. Sub 4 has completed over $500 million of new developments. Sub 4 has offices in Champaign, Illinois, Scottsdale, Arizona and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
With 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, Saunders has acquired and developed more than $1.1 Billion of real estate, including Student Housing, Multifamily, Affordable, Retail, Single Family Industrial and Office. He is the President and Owner of Green Street Realty, a Champaign, Illinois based real estate company that manages over 5,500 student housing beds, 1,500 multifamily units and 350,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail. In addition, Saunders owns CRS Hospitality, a hospitality and restaurant group with 14 locatoins in the Champaign, IL market and Culvers restaurants in Omaha and Grand Island, Nebraska.. He is also the Co-owner of Insurance Providers Group, an independent insurance agency with six offices throughout Central Illinois.
Chris has his undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Saunders competed in Track and Field and Cross Country for the Fighting Illini, earning All-American honors in Track and Field during his career. Chris currently resides in Urbana, Illinois.

Heath Lamb joined Sub4 in 2020 after spending 20 years in the construction and renovation industry. Since joining Sub4, Heath has managed several major projects, including Solace of Mahomet, The Den 1007 University and finishing up the VUE.
Heath spends his free time fishing and doing his own renovation projects on his 100 year old house in rural Central Illinois. Married for 20+ years with 3 children, Heath and his wife, Amy, love spending time with good friends and family.

Jason started with Sub4 in the Fall of 2023. Jason has been in the construction field for over 25 years both in the residential and commercial side. During his career he has framed single family homes, installed roofing and siding, completed finish carpentry, and even has electrical knowledge and experience. Previous to joining Sub4, Jason worked as a trim carpenter for the past 6 years, completing several previous Sub4 multi-family commercial projects.
He was born and raised in the central IL area, where he currently resides. He has 2 young children that keep busy and active. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, camping, and anything outdoors.

Jeremiah is originally from the Chicagoland area and joined Sub4 in May 2022 as a Project Engineer in Colorado Springs. He graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and started his career as an Engineer in 2011. For 8 years Jeremiah traveled around the country as an on-site Engineer working on coal-fired and gas-fired power plants, including the Martin Drake plant in downtown Colorado Springs. In 2019 he came back to Colorado Springs to run a construction company that specialized in residential and commercial renovations.
Mark Czys - Chief Investment Officer

Mark is a CPA and the Chief Investment Officer of Sub4 Development Company where he oversees all aspects of the business including investment operations, accounting, investor relations, and deal structuring. Mark is also a partner and Fund Manager of Campustown Opportunity Zone Fund I, LP.
Since graduating from Illinois State University, Mark has worked as a CPA for 25 years for both a large national and large local firm where he spent the last 11 years as a partner before joining Green Street Realty and Sub4 Development Company in 2018.
Mark is deeply involved in the community where he chairs the Finance Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of the Carle Foundation Hospital. Mark has Finance Committee or Treasurer roles on the Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club, Champaign County Young Life, Lincolnshire Fields County Club, and Central High School Baseball Boosters Club.

Mark joined the Sub4 Arizona team in May 2023 after relocating from Northern Nevada; where he was born and raised. Mark has an extensive background in commercial construction management and is a natural born leader. Mark prides himself on his ability to build and maintain strong relationships with his superiors, teammates and outside vendors through clear communication and understanding. Mark is motivated and eager to learn the knowledge and skills needed to earn his future as Project Manager and beyond.
