Summit Health Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization evolving healthcare practices through research, treatment, and education. We work with our partners in the community to develop the blueprint of trans-disciplinary treatment delivery systems that improve outcome measures, reduce healthcare costs, and provide access to under-served populations... We focus our research efforts on the complex issues and challenges with the most negative impact on our community... We want to ensure that what we learn and teach is translated to make a direct impact in the community.
