SYRACUSE BIATHLON

Were you watching biathlon at the Winter Olympics and wondering how you could ever do that? Now's your chance with the Syracuse Biathlon Club! We hold events in both the winter and summer that are designed to get people started with the sport. If you are 13 or older and are able to ski 5-7km then this is for you. We'll provide a mandatory rifle safety/introduction to biathlon clinic the morning of the race to give you the basics to have a safe and fun day. We also provide the use of a rifle and ammo as part of your entry fee so you just need to provide your own ski equipment (rentals are available). For the under-13 crowd, we do offer paintball events on occasion so keep an eye out for those.
