Adam's start in real estate is a natural progression from his experience in the world of entertainment aligned with his passion and commitment to the community. Before his real estate career, Adam was a managing partner representing talent for over 15 years. Being able to draw on a large network of celebrity clientele he created relationships with nightclubs and casinos managing their celebrity events. He would hone a concept then leverage personal relationships to find cost-effective ways to enhance branding and create "relevance in the marketplace."
This collaborative work ethic comes naturally to Adam, allowing him to exercise his unwavering dedication to community service and urban planning. He became the organizer and Director of "Grass Roots Organization for Urban Progress." This is his continued passion, a project that involves training, coaching, and motivating community empowerment and mentorships. Jordan was born in Lynwood, California and grew up living in Los Feliz while his mother finished her degree from the USC Keck School of Medicine. Jordan spent time in Los Feliz, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Yorba Linda and Oceanside before returning to Los Angeles to attend UCLA in 2006.
During his time in Westwood, Jordan ran the 100M and 200M on the track team and worked for the Office of Residential Life & ASUCLA while earning a Bachelors in Sociology with a Minor in African-American Studies. When he wasn't working or studying, he was active in the schools music scene, often putting on events, or participating in them.
When he's not in the office, Jordan remains very active in athletics and music - if he's not out somewhere DJing, he's either practicing, attending a concert, playing a sport, watching a game live, or teaching himself something about music, marketing or technology.
Camille's interest in real estate first began while attending Boston University, where she worked at the college's rental property management office, helping students and faculty find the perfect Brownstone apartment to call home.
With a background in travel, hospitality and real estate public relations, she has represented tourism bureaus, hotels, restaurants, cruise lines and luxury real estate developments around the world. Camille's passion for architecture and design and love of working with people is why she ultimately decided to pursue her real estate license. Driven, determined and innately positive are the characteristics that define her work ethic and can-do attitude.
After spending the majority of her career as a brand marketer for luxury retail brands, Carly joined the Pardee team to explore a new facet of the luxury industry: real estate. Carly is a strategic leader who values collaboration, efficiency, optimism, and fun; she has a proven ability to tackle challenges efficiently and innovatively, while also elevating brand image and driving brand awareness. Carly was born and raised in New York, and recently made the move out West with her husband and their feisty cockapoo. When she isn't working, Carly enjoys going to the local farmers market and cooking new recipes, hiking, trying to find the best sushi restaurant in LA, and spending time with friends and family. Carly also leads a women's reproductive health support group.
Cassandra brings a deep appreciation and broad knowledge of the West LA area to her work as a Buyer's Agent. She left a real estate career in Northern California and moved here that same year after visiting in 2007 and falling in love with Santa Monica.

Ivy was born and raised in Orange County, CA. She grew up participating in children's theater starting from a young age and attended Academy of Performing Arts High School in Huntington Beach. She performed throughout Southern California in both singing and improv comedy troupes. After high school, she did a summer study abroad program in London and upon her return, started her first job as a full-time graphic designer (self-taught). At age 24, she went back to school to learn graphic design from the fundamentals, attending the Art Institutes - B.S. program. From 2014 - 2020 she worked as an in-house graphic designer, mostly in the home design and real estate industries. In 2019, she earned a Certificate in User Experience Design from UCSD Extension and was able to immediately put those learned skills to use. These days you can find her designing experiences for humans with the Pardee brand, creating visuals inspired by Los Angeles, and working to make the home buying and selling processes more accessible, less stressful- even fun. In her free time, she enjoys baking, Sunday brunch, live music, and traveling. She's honored to be part of the amazing team at Pardee Properties.
John is a local Southern California native, having grown up in Orange County. He received his medical degree in 2007 from University of California, Davis, and completed his surgical training at Keck School of Medicine at USC. For several years after, John continued his work as a trauma surgeon at an overburdened level-2 trauma center in Modesto, California, before stepping away from his clinical practice in July 2019. After seeing, treating and experiencing trauma over the course of decades, he deliberately switched his focus to healing trauma, not with his hands, but with his words and actions. Taking his collective experience in healing people and leading trauma/surgical teams, John partnered with Tami Pardee, in life and in business, to bring a novel approach and fresh perspective to managing her brokerage and team. John specializes in operational efficiencies, streamlining systems, and quality improvement. As an avid photographer, you may have also seen John's photography on marketing and advertising for the brokerage.
Together with Tami, his love and life partner, they have successfully blended their families together, collectively raising their 6 kids; they are a modern day Brady Bunch. John can often be seen boxing at JFM studio, running along the strand, surfing south of the pier, or hiking the local trails. He is most alive in the water, on a mountain, or getting dirty. Before Every Angle, John worked in the financial services arena running the business development for Newton Partners (which was later acquired by Access Data). In 36 months, his contributions positively increased revenue from $300K to $2.6 million per year. Prior to Newton Partners/Access Data, John was responsible for client services at Metropolitan West Securities and managed the CalPERS account in the role of Assistant Vice President at State Street Bank.

After receiving a degree in Photography and Imaging at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Karis moved back to her hometown of Los Angeles and started a career in Photography. As Karis's photography skills evolved, so did her passion for social media and content creation. When Karis is not in the office, you can usually find her at Disneyland! As an avid Disney fan and social media enthusiast, Karis has organically grown her Instagram and TikTok accounts, which has gained a loyal fanbase amongst the Disney community. Karis is a social media wiz that thoroughly enjoys creating content, building engagement, and staying up to date on the latest platform trends.

Matt is a fourth-generation Angeleno who has lived and sold real estate in Venice since 2002. Matt has experience renovating numerous homes throughout Los Angeles and brings an expertise in value-add properties to many of his clients - investors, developers, and homeowners, alike. Prior to joining Pardee Properties, Matt worked with DBL Sunset and his own company as broker/owner. His breadth of experience selling homes and understanding the markets across the Los Angeles Area - from Mt. Washington to the beach - makes him uniquely valuable to his clients.
Matt began his professional career in the film industry as an assistant to film producer, Scott Rudin. He went on to work as a film and television producer and executive producing films such as "Go", "Shelter", and "The Awakening of Spring". Matt lives with his daughter Mazzy - and is proud to call Venice home.
Melissa was born and raised in Southern California. Destined to be in the Real Estate Industry, her mom was #1 at a Home Warranty Company and her dad owned a home appraisal company. She learned the word "escrow" when she was 5 years old, knowing she would get a treat when helping her mom get sales. Coming from a Real Estate family, Melissa and her twin sister, Tiffanie, both ended up in the industry at the age of 20. Melissa and her sister learned to invest in real estate from their mother and now own 4 homes together.

Having been born and raised in Michigan gives Meredith the ability to use her mid-western charm and warmth to connect with others on a genuine level. A chameleon by nature, Meredith can be put in any situation and handle it with grace, composure, humor, and with a smile - always. Paige was born and raised in Marin County, California surrounded by the real estate industry as soon as she could talk! Her father is a top-selling real estate agent and her mother is an interior designer, thus, it was in her blood to get into the business. Her family was constantly flipping homes in the Bay Area and she considered herself and integral part of the process.
Paige has been an art dealer, a communications specialist, a personal chef, a music critic and a rhythm and blues singer. A jack-of-all-trades, she moved to Los Angeles to master sales. Rya is a Southern California native, born and raised. She moved to Los Angeles to earn her BA from UCLA and has made the west side her home ever since. Rya joined Team Tyler at Pardee Properties in 2018 and together the two of them have kept a consistent record of top-producing volume. As a team, they focus on being available to their clients throughout the process so that they can feel fully informed and confident every step of the way. Rya's favorite part of working in real estate is when a buyer finds the perfect place and truly feels "at home." She loves hearing about fond memories the sellers have made in their homes and the exciting plans buyers have for their futures there. When not working, Rya loves the outdoors, ice cream, and spending time with her family of four.

Known as the glue that holds Pardee Properties together, Samantha has been Tami's "right hand" for over 10 years. Born and raised in Culver City with a bachelor's degree in Communications from Cal State University of Northridge, Samantha fell into real estate by chance and has passion in it ever since. "It's an amazing feeling to be excited to come to work every day - it's so much more than just a job - the adventure, memories and most of all the relationships with the individuals I get to meet are all priceless."
Samantha strives to exceed client's expectations while making them feel secure and at ease in every scenario presented. Enjoying Tami as a mentor, Samantha has attacked the opportunity to learn all aspects of this business. Coming from a top-producing commercial brokerage firm in West Los Angeles and with over 10 years of client and account management experience, Samira knows how to make her clients feel secure throughout all stages of a transaction. She now is using her extensive real estate knowledge and sharing it on a personal level as a Buyer's agent. Samira is known for her integrity, timely responses, constant communication, and passion for the real estate business. She is native to the Los Angeles area and has lived all over the county, including Marina del Rey, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Marina del Rey, Culver City, Los Feliz and the San Fernando Valley. She's clearly part nomad.

A Santa Monica native, Scotty has spent nearly 20 years working in client-facing food/beverage and administrative roles, serving people from all walks of life with a caring and positive demeanor. Combined with his more recent real estate experiences attained through various research and assistant roles on top producing teams, he has found a synergistic home within the Pardee Properties work family. Along with his proactiveness, organizational skills, and strong work ethic, he brings a solution-oriented and collaborative mindset to any task facing the elite Front Desk team. Furthermore, having recently become a licensed Realtor, Scotty is excited about his future endeavors in real estate!
With a last name like Krupa, its no surprise that Scotty has a great passion for music; having played Alto Saxophone and bass guitar from a young age. Scotty also picked up beat boxing and has been playing in rock bands since high school and also completed his Audio Engineering Certification at the Los Angeles Recording School. Being an autodidact, he has amassed many books on various subjects in his library including law and philosophy and loves learning every day. Scotty also enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family, culinary adventures in new neighborhoods, the arts, and unwinds from the day by practicing guitar.
Shane has been in real estate just shy of a decade and has been licensed in three states across the country. Uniquely, Shane gained his wealth of real estate industry experience in New Orleans where he worked in the French Quarter and downtown area. Working hand-in-hand with top agents and developers lent him the ability to master multiple facets of the business, from leases to luxury sales, multi-unit investment properties to condo-developments. Upon moving back to his home turf of SoCal, his initial listing went under contract within its first week and he has been on fire ever since. Working across multiple sectors of the industry Shane has a well-rounded knowledge which allows him to work with a diverse mix of clients to embrace their unique, individual needs. He is the person who wants to know everyone's story and dreams. Structuring win-win deals is one of his passions and historic homes are his love language. Susanne Makosky grew up in Western Pennsylvania and moved to Los Angeles in 2013 after graduating with a BFA from Juniata College. As a licensed real estate agent and Leasing Coordinator at Pardee Properties, she brings her dedication and sense of adventure to work every day. She most enjoys working hands-on at showings and forming personal connections to lease and find homes for our wonderful clients and their future tenants. She enjoys performing, painting, cooking and spending time with friends and family in her time outside of work.
